Welcome to my Christmas Blog, A Debbie-Dabble Christmas!!
Soon I will be doing most of my posting over here for the upcoming Christmas Season and I wanted to show you some Christmas items that I recently bought and being that it is Rudolph Day ( the 25th of the month), I thought I would continue my series (from over on Debbie-Dabble) , Wanna See What I Bought ?????
over here today to either acquaint or re-acquaint you all with my Christmas Blog!!
I recently went to the Thrift Shop, Volunteer's of America , and seemed to come home with all Christmas goodies!!
Well, actually, these copper shatterproof ornaments will be used next Autumn on my Autumn Tree that I will have in my Living Room. They were half the price of $1.31 a bag!!!
And this container of smaller ivory, copper and gold shatterproof ornaments was only 60 cents!!
Loved this Candy House Cookie Jar!!
It was half of $2.92!!
It will be perfect on the Kitchen!!
And look at this set.......
The cups came out to 45 cents each!!
And the tea pot was $1.50!!!
Joe picked this up for me at a newly opened Liquidation Center by us......
It is battery operated and it lights up ( LED lights) , plays music and the little tree spins around slowly!!
All for just $12.00!!
My neighbor's family is cleaning our her home as she can no longer live alone and what they don't want, we take up to our church Flea Market or I can have.
I now have 2 of these fantastic Vintage boxes!!!
And look what was in those boxes!!!!!!
One pair of Boy's size 10 skates and one pair of Boy's size 13 skates!!!
So Cute!!!!
And also these sweet little pillows.....
Love them!!
I will be making a donation to our Flea Market for what I keep from my neighbor's things.....
Then I went to the Dollar Tree the other day and they were just putting out Christmas things......
These were from their Mini Village but you can use these great green sparkle trees for crafting and anything!!
2 in a pack for a buck!! Can't beat that!!!
And I will use the little ponds for my Village that I set up under the LR tree.......
The Pots will most likely be used around my Doll House ......
and these will also be used for my Village.....
You can fill them and use them for Tussie Mussies!!
Or stand them up and use them for Trees!!
And Gold Stars to match!!
Add these to wreaths or garland for an elegant look!!
And I am planning to change some things around a bit in the front of the house this Christmas season so I bought several of these natural greenery looking bushes......
I will probably be adding these to some real greenery......
And we also got our tickets to see Trans Siberian Orchestra!!!
This has become our Christmas tradition and we will be attending the 4:00 pm show on December 6th at the Mohegan Sun Arena which is about 5 minutes from our home!!
Please click on to see the Promo for this year's Tour of TSO!!!
I hope to see you back here at A Debbie-Dabble Christmas soon as I plan to start my Christmas Decorating soon.....

Uh-Oh- Looks you are gearing up for the Christmas season already! I know how long it takes you to get everything "dressed" for the Holidays! I left this comment on your other blog, too. Guess we will switch to this blog now. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteWow, you've done some great bargain hunting! Looking forward to seeing your decor photos this year...
ReplyDeleteWOOHOOO! Tis the season!
ReplyDeleteI am so looking forward to watching as you decorate your home.
I love those unbreakable baubles you bought for autumn- they'd be great in an autumn wreath too! :)
You got some great bargains there, Debbie!
hugs
Julie
Debbie, you snagged some great things, as usual. Your(and Joe's) keen eye for a deal and a fantastic imagination never fail to delight. Those skates are wonderful! Can't wait to see what wonders you create with all. I really like TSO, but never seem to get to any of their concerts. It looks as if you both will have a phenomenal evening when you go!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you found a bunch of fun things Debbie! I love the idea of turning the Dollar Store trees into tussie mussies! Fun:@)
ReplyDeleteWoweeee such great goodies you have purchased, I love them all.
ReplyDeleteSmiles~
Mari
Now I NEED to go back to town to see what is at the Dollar Store in my town. I'm one who doesn't mind seeing Christmas things out early! Have a great weekend!♥♫
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what you do with your skates and tussie mussies! I'm starting to work on a few Christmas things....isn't it fun! Hugs, Penny
ReplyDeleteDebbie, you are such a delight. I check your blog every day just to see what you have done to your home or decorating or shopping. Thanks for always sharing.
ReplyDeleteKay
I LOVE seeing what you buy! This week I think I am most excited about those little ponds. Are they mirrors? If so, I can think of about a bazillion ways to use tiny mirrors... around candles, near flower arrangements... Thanks for another inspiring post! -Marci @ Stone Cottage Adventures
ReplyDeleteThe skates are my favorite. I love the red laces and red trim.
ReplyDelete- The Tablescaper
You are doing well preparing for Christmas. I love how you picked the word Joy this year as that is my name and I am hosting a Christmas carnival
ReplyDeleteNew follower from Weekend Wander. Love your special Christmas blog! Christmas is my favorite holiday, so I can't wait to see what you have in store for us!
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie,
ReplyDeleteI've missed you. It's amazing that you always find so many wonderful buys. Thanks for sharing.

Debbie you have been busy gather all the Christmas finds. The holly teapot and cups is my favorite! I recently found a child's Rudolph teapot, creamer and sugar bowl but not a Disney mark but cute red nose. Have a Happy Halloween!
ReplyDeletePam

ReplyDeleteAll those pictures are so gorgeous. I am deeply inspired by your creativity.
Thanks for sharing.
Hope to see you on my blog:)
Hi Debbie! I am sooo happy you came for the party. I getting worried about attendance, but maybe everyone is just busy. Love all your finds. Those ornaments are great..like the tussie mussie use. The cookie jar is perfect for your kitchen...our thrift stores don't have things that the workers don't pick over first and the prices are sometimes not so thrifty.
ReplyDeleteWe really are 2 peas in a pod. I bought all the same stuff at the Dollar Tree, and seeing TSO is a holiday tradition for me and He Who Builds Things. Lots of Christmas Goodness there! Melody above me summed up my thrift store experience lately - picked over and not thrifty! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteGreat finds, Debbie! I particularly like the candy house cookie jar...how perfect is that for the Christmas season to hold delicious goodies.
ReplyDeleteHave a pleasant REDnesday,
Marianne

WOW....you hit the jackpots!!!!! Just adore the cookie jar...and great idea for those tussie mussies from the dollar store! You have such a fun blog here!!!! :) Sandy
ReplyDeleteWow Debbie, you really made a haul! My favorite of course are the Lake Placid skates and box. Do your skates say Lake Placid? Just wondering because a few years ago hubby and I vacationed in Door County, WI. I found a child pair of skates that look just like that for $5. They say Lake Placid on them. Thanks for sharing your treasures with SYC.
ReplyDeletehugs,
Jann
