I prove that you do not have to live in a large home to have several Trees, over 20, in all shapes and sizes!!
The majority of my Christmas decorations are placed in the same room every year and I know that this is not what most Decorator's care for but to me, it like seeing old friends again when I decorate each year for Christmas as many of my decorations were gifts from family and friends...........

I do try to add a few new things and change up things a bit but for the most part, these decorations are part of my Christmas Traditions and bring back a lot of treasured memories.....
I post 3 TIMES A WEEK on MONDAY, THURSDAY AND SATURDAYS.....

Our cold weather is still persisting with low's around 20 degrees and high's in the 30's....
A warm up is predicted for next week....

I actually bought a new camera!!
I think mine was dying a slow death so I jumped on a good deal ....
Next week, I will be figuring it out so I can start to use it......
It actually is a new, better model of the one I have.....
Today, I will be sharing the rest of the Kitchen decorated in a Gingerbread and Candy theme for Christmas.....
I will start where I left off in my last post.....
In the corner......
On the side of the stove......
Towels and a vintage apron.....
I bought this sign when we were watching the grand pups often and I put their water and food bowls here.....
Hanging on the soffit......
One of the creations that my FB friend Angela gifted me last year.....
I placed these magnetic clips on the range hood.....
Above the stove....
A Dollar Tree sign hanging on the cupboard door....
On the counter to the right of the stove.....
Several Christmas spatulas.....
I bought the Gingerbread Man with the whisk in Gabes this year.....
A vintage Christmas hot pad.....
Where the Kitchen window was before my Dad turned the patio, off the back of the house, into the Den....
I hung a Christmas swag I made above the sign.....
I hung candy ornaments from the fretwork......
I set the puck lights to green for Christmas...
I made the valance from a piece of vintage fabric.....
Candy canes in the tea cup chandy I made....
Hanging on the left side of the cupboards....
On the window sill.....
I added Dollar tree candles to the sill this year....
I moved my ceramic Cooking Santa over here from the Hutch this year...
Hanging on the right side of the cupboards.....
With the ceiling light off....

The top of the fridge where I set up a Gingerbread Village.....

Yes, I did it a bit differently this year too....

I made the 4 Christmas magnets when I was a young girl......

On the left side of the counter bar....
I did the garland above the counter bar differently this year too....
A few new ornaments I bought to use on the garland....
The Gingerbread garland was bought last year in Penney's....
I also bought the cup cake ornaments in Dollar General....
I changed the puck lights to green here too...

The Nutcracker was bought in Penney's last year...
Joe's Pittsburgh Penguins salt and pepper shakers which were gifted to him by our great nieces...
I used the vintage green bowls I bought at the church flea market this Summer...

I also made the cafe curtain to match the valances....
I used the Christmas plaid drying mat from Dollar Tree on the shelf I created on the bottom of the stool by placing a plastic tray on the rungs....

A rolling pin that I embellished.last year....
A small vintage Tree that I decorated.....
And that completes my Tour of the Kitchen decorated for Christmas this year...
I hope you enjoyed seeing how I tried to change things up a bit....
I sure had fun decorating it this year....

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new camera! I didn't do any Black Friday or Cyber Monday shopping this year. You have some of the absolute cutest decorations I've ever seen. I think this theme is just perfect for the kitchen.
