I am so happy you decided to stop by my Christmas Blog!!
I prove that you do not have to live in a large home to have several Trees, over 20, in all shapes and sizes!!
The majority of my Christmas decorations are placed in the same room every year and I know that this is not what most Decorator's care for but to me, it like seeing old friends again when I decorate each year for Christmas as many of my decorations were gifts from family and friends...........

I do try to add a few new things and change up things a bit but for the most part, these decorations are part of my Christmas Traditions and bring back a lot of treasured memories.....
I post 3 TIMES A WEEK on MONDAY, THURSDAY AND SATURDAYS.....

HAPPY RUDOLPH DAY!!!!!
A day late.....
Rudolph Day is celebrated the 25th of each month......
Most will share something to do with Christmas on Rudolph Day....
I wasn't going to do a Rudolph Day post this month but I changed my mind as it will be easier to put this post together because I have been busy changing my Dining Room over from a Summer Tea Room theme to a Spooky Halloween theme....
For the New Year, I am trying something different with my 3 times weekly posts....
On THURSDAYS,
I will feature what I cooked and ate during the week, showcasing local
cuisine and a few recipes for things that I actually made...
I decided that on SATURDAYS, I will showcase What I Have Been Up To in the past week, sharing events and places I went to, if any....
On MONDAYS, I will be featuring What I Have Bought or Been Gifted Recently, if anything...
September has been a quiet month as far as events so I have nothing to share in regards to that today....
October will be a totally different story though...
One storage tip I want to share first is storing things in plain sight.....
This is the large round table in my Living Room.....
I use the area underneath the table, covered by a tablecloth and topper, for storage.....
When I packed up the Coastal decor from my Living Room, I boxed up the heavy things , like the clay pot light house and embellished sea shells, and placed them under the table in the back....
I store large vases, candleholders and other things in the front area.....
And no one sees them or knows they are stored there.....
Until now....
During the Summer, I accomplished a few of the huge goals I had set for myself, which was reorganizing and rearranging my Craft Room and the closet in that room and in my Sitting Room, after being able to move the Christmas craft supplies I had in there, into the Craft Room....
All of that lead to me decorating the Craft Room for Christmas already as I still had everything out so I just redecorated it for Christmas because I was able to remove a shelf unit from the room....
I now had a lot of extra room in the Sitting Room closet.....

I had previously stored seasonal clothes in this closet, which I moved into my bedroom after my husband Joe passed away....
In a previous Rudolph Day post, I shared how I repurposed the 6 ft. flocked Tree from the Sitting Room, deciding to use the top part of the Tree as a table top Tree in this room......
And then removing the branches from the bottom half of the Tree to use outside in my pots for Christmas/Winter......
The top half of that Tree was now able to be stored right in the closet of that room......
I placed it in a box after covering it with a large garbage bag.....
Since my Word of the Year is Intention, I have also been decorating with Intention this year....
Meaning thinking about how I want to decorate and using things differently and leaving out Christmas items to use for other Holidays....
I have those items stored on the shelves in this closet.....
I left out and boxed up red bottle brush trees to use for Valentine's Day and the Patriotic Summer holidays....
Green ones to use for St. Patrick's Day and gold ones that I am now using for Fall....
You can see I also left out beaded garland that I use for different Seasonal Trees now....
On the other side of the closet, which has 2 sliding doors.....
More items, previously used for only Christmas, now left out and stored in this closet along with other Seasonal items.....
All of these things were previously stored up in my attic so this has now freed up some space in the attic and saves me from going up and down the attic stairs to haul this stuff up and down.....
And I still have a bit more room to store a few more things on the shelves in this closet.....
On the floor on this side of the closet is my 6 ft. pencil thin Dining Room Tree....
I store all my Seasonal blanket throws, curtains and drapes in this closet.....
Over on the left side.....
I was also able to store all my gift bags and ribbons in this closet, which is not much as I gift money and gift cards usually.....
I took the 6 ft. pencil thin Tree out because I am using it in the Dining Room as my Halloween Tree this year.....
And YES......It is stored in a body bag that I got when I was still working as a nurse.....
They are perfect for storing Trees as they just zip right up......
That Tree is now going to stay in the Dining Room until after Easter so I moved the Christmas throws over for easier access when their time comes.....
You can see that I also store this Easter stacked egg topiary in the closet....
And I hope to be able to store a Fall pumpkin one in this closet too!!
I have left up or put up different Trees , decorating them for different Holidays and Seasons for about 20 years now....
This year I decided to pass on my 4 ft. table top pink Easter Tree.....
And instead, left up my 6 ft. pencil thin Tree that I bought 2 years ago, in the Dining Room....
I also decided to pass on my silver Halloween Tree that I used in the Dining Room for many years....
I will be doing a post on this over on my regular blog, Debbie-Dabble Blog, soon but this is a sneak peek of what the Tree looks like all decked out for Halloween.....
You may remember that I shared I had all these ornaments left over that I did not use....
One larger and five smaller tubs....
I added the brown ones to this Fall wreath and on my Fall Tree in the Living Room.........
I also added some of the gold and copper ones to this Living Room Wreath and also on the Tree in the Living Room.....
I also added my gold candle ornaments that I only used for Christmas to my Living Room Fall Tree....
I will be sharing this Tree in my post on Monday.....
That let me condense those tubs down to 1 large one and only 2 small ones, which will give me more storage room in the Craft Room closet.....
I also used up some of my Fall/Halloween craft supplies so I was able to move the small amount I have left into the tub I have for Easter crafts....
My Goal is to create enough room that I can store the Christmas tubs for the Craft Room in that closet and not up the attic.....
I hope I maybe inspired you when thinking about storage of Christmas and other Seasonal items...
In one of the posts on my regular blog, I shared that I was able to snag these Christmas Sweet Treats in Dollar Tree!!
Each box was only $5!!
I see me using these year around!!
