I Will Honour Christmas In My Heart

I will honour Christmas in my heart,
and try to keep it all the year.
I will live in the Past, the Present, and the Future.
The Spirits of all Three shall strive within me.
I will not shut out the lessons that they teach!

Pink Victorian Dining Room Christmas Buffet and More, Christmas Home Tour, 2024

Welcome to my Christmas Blog, A Debbie-Dabble Christmas!!

I am so happy you decided to stop by my Christmas Blog!!

Every room in our townhouse has a different Christmas Theme and Color Scheme!!

I prove that you do not have to live in a large home to have several Trees, over 20, in all shapes and sizes!!

The majority of my Christmas decorations are placed in the same room every year and I know that this is not what most Decorator's care for but to me, it like seeing old friends again when I decorate each year for Christmas as many of my decorations were gifts from family and friends...........

I do try to add a few new things and change up things a bit but for the most part, these decorations are part of my Christmas Traditions and bring back a lot of treasured memories.....

I post 3 TIMES A WEEK on MONDAY, THURSDAY AND SATURDAYS.....

As always, click on each picture if you would like to enlarge it....

 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In my last post, I shared Another Christmas Haul....

 And an amazing Sun Rise......

Click HERE if you missed that post!!

Today, I will be finishing up my Tour of the Dining Room decorated for Christmas....

Finally!!

The Dining Room is decorated in a pink, white and gold color theme for Christmas and is my most Victorian looking room.....

In the corner by the Kitchen......

Sorry about the glare on those apples ( I think) on the swag but they are really a nice sage green in color......

Lenox ornaments and a pretty Lenox Santa, all were gifted to me by a friend.....

A tussie mussie I made hangs in the corner....

I bought this several years ago in Micheal's and I am thrilled to see that PINK for Christmas is definitely back in style this year.....

I bought this beautiful handmade Santa at a Craft Fair......

I love the embossed roses on his clothing....

A Victorian stocking which was a gift from a friend......

I decorate the top of the buffet in a Christmas Winter Wonderland theme.....

Using 2 sets of ceramics I bought 24 years ago in Sam's Club, as you can see the year 2000 on the boxes......

I move the lighted white birch branch Tree from the living Room to the Dining for Christmas and Winter.....

I decorated it with just plain white snowflakes.....

I did do the buffet a bit differently this year.....

On a gold cake stand.....

I bought this last year in Big Lot's....

Notice I placed one of the white and pink bottle brush trees, that I bought in Dollar Tree, in a vintage milk glass goblet......

Momma Snowman and one of her children.....

 In the center.....

New this year on the shelf above the buffet......

I bought this after Christmas last year in Big Lot's....

I also placed a pink mercury glass tree in the shelf.....

I placed the Christmas tree that came with the Snowman set on a gold pedestal from Dollar General.....

The Santa with his sleigh and reindeer set.....

On another gold pedestal, is a pink cone tree bought a few years back in Big Lot's....

Papa Snowman and another one of their children......

Joe bought the huge pink mercury glass ornaments one year at 75% off in Bed, Bath and Beyond.....

I placed 2 of them on each end of the buffet in crystal cube candleholders bought at the estate sale of a Florist....

I also decorated the display with some pink ornaments, gold pine cones, green berries and a set of lights.....

I was happy to finally crawl through the trap door, in the coat closet that leads under the steps in my Living Room, to get out all my Sam's Club Christmas sets yesterday so I could finish the buffet.......

Now we will move across the room to the wall behind the Dining Room table....

I added Christmas candle rings and angel wings to the sconces....

I moved these gold trees over to this shelf this year....

In the other corner by the Kitchen.....

 The larger curio.....

On a marble topped stand, is my antique Funeral Basket that I decorate for every Holiday and Season.....

I also changed up the floral arrangement for Christmas this year.....

Two vintage style figurines.....

On a shelf, is a gold Santa.....

On top of the Curio.....

A gold lighted branch tree and a pink Sitting Santa that was gifted to me by a friend....

A pink Angel and a white and gold cardinal, gifted to me by my friend Anne Marie.....

A wreath that I made.....

On a cabinet that my Dad built to match Joe's Grandmother's Dining Room set which we inherited the year before we got married 46 years ago.....

One of 2 white and gold Santa's that Joe bought in Burlington for 75% off one year....

A set of vintage candleholders and an antique crystal compote bowl filled with ornaments and a few florals.....

I placed a pink mercury glass candlestick in the center of the compote bowl.....

And on the shelf above the doorway to the Kitchen....

The Angel that my sister Barb gifted me after Joe's passing....

And that completes my tour of the Dining Room for this year.....

  3. Debbie, I love the white porcelain pieces. They really pop against the pink accents. I have a number of white pieces, too and they're my favorites. They just feel so elegant and cozy at the same time. It's a good mix! Have a great week! xo

  4. I'm feeling really inadequate here! I don't even have Thanksgiving up! But well done. I'm sure many of your ornaments and decorations have big happy memories attached to them.

  5. Hi, Debbie...so much stuff to see....lovely. I use some desk size small goose neck (inexpensive) LED lamps for helping light my photos. With so many small things in your photos, light is crucial in order to see them. Have a great holiday season...and You should SELL tickets! Sandi

Thanks so much for stopping by!! I do have one of those light rings that the You Tubers use but honestly, I have just not had enough time to set it up to take pictures....I am barely getting my posts done on my scheduled days as I am still trying to get the house decorated....I hope you had a great Thanksgiving....
