Welcome to my Christmas Blog, A Debbie-Dabble Christmas!!
I am so happy you decided to stop by my Christmas Blog!!
I prove that you do not have to live in a large home to have several Trees, over 20, in all shapes and sizes!!
The majority of my Christmas decorations are placed in the same room every year and I know that this is not what most Decorator's care for but to me, it like seeing old friends again when I decorate each year for Christmas as many of my decorations were gifts from family and friends...........

I do try to add a few new things and change up things a bit but for the most part, these decorations are part of my Christmas Traditions and bring back a lot of treasured memories.....
I post 3 TIMES A WEEK on MONDAY, THURSDAY AND SATURDAYS.....

Today, I will be finishing up my tour of the Living Room decorated for Christmas in a Victorian/Vintage theme in the colors of red, green and gold....
For today's post, I will start to the right of the front door when you walk into my house....
In a previous post, I had this antique Christmas plate on a shelf where you really could not see it so I moved it here....
I hung this beautiful gift from my late friend Anne Marie here on the wall where everyone can see it....
To the right when you walk in the front door is a marble topped stand.....
My late husband Joe pulled this pretty vase out of our garbage dumpster several years ago....
I filled it with red and gold leaf florals.....
I filled the bottom with red, green and gold ornaments and flanked it with 2 bottles that I embellished....
I also filled an apothecary jar with more ornaments ....
Topped it with a bow and hung chandy beads on the side of the stand....
The front door....
A Santa sign hang above the door.....
And an embroidered gold stocking with a red velvet cuff hangs from the valance.....
I tied a piece of green velvet ribbon and an ornament with a B on it for the stocking...
On the wall to the left when you walk into my house is Joe's paternal Grandmother's Hutch....
See the cane in the corner by the door????
That symbolizes the cane that Kris left by the door in the 1973 version of Miracle on 34th Street with David Hartman starring in it....
Sebastian Cabot was Kris Kringle.....
On the left side of the Hutch.....

Below the shelf is a brass can and on the side of it is a vintage ash tray where I keep all my keys.........

This is now the second year that I have decorated this Hutch this way as Joe's ashes are in the beautiful mantel clock on the top shelf....
A brass sconce bought a very long time ago at a yard sale.....
This year, I placed a mica coated Angel on this shelf....
There is also a lighted branch in this brass can....
On the top of the Hutch......
I displayed gold churches that Joe had bought in Burlington on Clearance and large bottle brush trees.......
Anne Marie gifted me these beautiful vintage choir boys from the 1940's/1950's.....
The left side.....
Red and gold stars and gold snowflakes were hung on the garland above the antique mantel mirror.....
A floral swag I made was placed in the center and I attached red and white striped candle ornaments, just like the ones on my 7 ft. Seasonal Tree, to the swag.....
In my post where I shared how I decorated the top of the TV Entertainment Center, I shared that I made several bows out of this red velvet fabric ribbon.....
I also made a bow to hang in the center of the Hutch.....
The bottom of the chior boy's outfits is red velvet so this bow fits right in....
I recently bought the red cardinal ornament from Boscov's online....
Inside the Hutch....
I added red and green ceramic trees to the white and gold Angels....
Along with red reindeer and red mercury glass votive cups....
The top shelf.....
A snow globe with red cardinals inside of it, which was gifted to me last year by my sister Barb, was placed in front of the mantel clock because the saying goes " When a red cardinal appears, a visitor from Heaven is near"
2 red reindeer and votive cups are on each side of the snow globe with green ceramic trees on each side of the clock....
The middle shelf.....
More green trees and in the center is an Angel tree that I bought last year.....
Small red bottle brush trees and a small red mercury glass votive are in front of the Angel tree.....
Bottom shelf.....
On the right side of the Hutch.....
Another mica coated Angel, keeping with the Angel theme of the Hutch....
A few years ago, I was gifted these glasses canisters by a very kind and generous reader of my blog, Lynn....
I tied a green velvet ribbon into a bow around them ...
And placed a candle inside of each of them.....
In the corner by the stairs.....
I decorate this chair for every Holiday and Season....
This year, I did a display of toys on the chair.....
A teddy bear nutcracker and a book.....
The skater doll was gifted to me by my Mother when she came home after having surgery when I was a child.....
A Bearington Bear.....
A rocking horse and an Avon ornament decanter....
I decorated this 4 ft. Tree in vintage Shiny Brite ornaments.....
This year, I added a set of 10 candle lights that I bought at Ocean State Job Lot....
On the marble topped cherub plant stand....

Again, I made bows from that red velvet fabric ribbon for each side of the curio...

I also added green velvet ribbon....
I like that it is of a Post Office as Joe was a Letter Carrier for the US Postal Service....
The curio in the corner....
An Angel on the right side of the curio....
And that completes my tour of the Living Room decorated for Christmas....
Only one more post left before my Annual Christmas Home Tour on Christmas Day!!
I hope you will stop by to visit again on MONDAY, when I share my other house all decked out for Christmas, Nelson Crest, my Victorian Doll House.....
