I Will Honour Christmas In My Heart

I will honour Christmas in my heart,
and try to keep it all the year.
I will live in the Past, the Present, and the Future.
The Spirits of all Three shall strive within me.
I will not shut out the lessons that they teach!

Pink Victorian Tree and More in the Dining Room, Christmas Home Tour, 2025

Welcome to my Christmas Blog, A Debbie-Dabble Christmas!!

I am so happy you decided to stop by my Christmas Blog!!

Every room in our townhouse has a different Christmas Theme and Color Scheme!!

I prove that you do not have to live in a large home to have several Trees, over 20, in all shapes and sizes!!

The majority of my Christmas decorations are placed in the same room every year and I know that this is not what most Decorator's care for but to me, it like seeing old friends again when I decorate each year for Christmas as many of my decorations were gifts from family and friends...........

I do try to add a few new things and change up things a bit but for the most part, these decorations are part of my Christmas Traditions and bring back a lot of treasured memories.....

I post 3 TIMES A WEEK on MONDAY, THURSDAY AND SATURDAYS.....

 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In my last post, I shared my Winter Forest on the Dining Room buffet in white and gold....

And a few vintage Santa's including this one that I won on a raffle at my church....

Click HERE if you missed that post!!

And now for a few Personal Notes...

Well, we ended up with 4-5 inches of Snow on Tuesday so their predictions of 2- 8 was right!!

How could it not be!!

LOL!!

I was out shoveling 3 times as I like to keep up with it rather than waiting til it is over and then shovel a 5 inch back breaking snow...

Since my neighbor Ed passed away, I will now only be shoveling mine and my next door neighbor's sidewalks...

A few pics....

Tonight, we are going down to 10 degrees....

Today, I will be finishing up my tour of the Dining Room decorated for Christmas....

We will start in the corner where the Tree is......

On this cabinet, I have displayed my Department 56 Snow Babies Collection....

All were gifted to me by friends....

An ornament....

On a mirror tray....

The one on the left is a music box.....

I bought a 6 foot pencil thin Tree last year and I am so happy I did....

I was able to store it with the lights on, in a body bag ( remember I was a nurse) in the Sitting Room closet....

I pretty much decorated it like I did last year....

I topped it off with a bow made from pink ribbon and pink berry picks.....

Hung an angel ornament next the top.....

I decorated it in the pink, gold and white color theme for Christmas like the rest of the room....

The one thing I did do differently this year is that I added gold candle ornaments to this Tree...

In true Victorian fashion....

I tucked white sparkly baby's breath picks into the Tree....

I amassed this collection of Victorian ornaments over many years....

This year, I used a tree skirt that I had around the bottom of the Tree....

One of my Victorian dolls, a putz like house and a rocking horse....

Next to the Tree...

On a marble topped plant stand.....

I bought this Santa at a church flea market for $5....

I placed a bottle brush tree in an antique child's cup that most likely belonged to a tea set ...

My late friend Anne Marie gifted me the child's cup...

 On the shelf....

Vintage looking figurines....

In the corner by the Kitchen....

A gold Santa on the shelf next to the curio....

 Underneath the shelf....

Anne Marie gifted me this vintage funeral basket that I decorate for all the Holidays and Seasons....

Don't mind my Eero, which boosts my Wi Fi signal in the house, on the side...

The photo box is a gift from my son Jim and his family....

 The top of the curio....

 A "sitting" Santa....

An Angel that I placed inside a vintage white milk glass compote bowl, a gold branch tree and a gold and white cardinal, also gifted to me by Anne Marie...

Hanging on the faux window between the Dining Room and the Kitchen, is a wreath I made....

On a cabinet that my Dad built for me to match my Late husband Joe's grandmother's Dining Room furniture.....

The Santa's were bought many years ago in Burlington....

I placed a pink mercury glass candle votive holder inside a vintage crystal compote bowl filled with ornaments....

And that completes my tour of the Dining Room decorated for Christmas this year....

I always say that the Dining Room is my most Victorian looking room and that is definitely true especially at this time of year....
