But I wired the florals in to this wreath!!
I did this because if I wanted to change how it was decorated in a few years, I could.
I went through my tub of Christmas Florals that I pick up on Clearance after the Holidays every year and found 4 of these large poinsettia sprays!!
I believe I bought them at Lowes several years ago......
I thought they would fit in with the red and gold Christmas color theme that I have going on in the Living Room........
Once again, I like to use this ottoman for doing non glue related simple crafts so I cover it with a vinyl tablecloth so please excuse the watermelons on the tablecloth!!!
I shaped the sprays and wired them to the frame of the wreath.......
I also found several gold berry spray and I also wired them onto the wreath.......
I made a bow out of the ribbon the I used in other places in the Living Room
And I simply hung one of my Victorian Doll Head ornaments, bought at Michaels many years ago, in the center of the wreath.....
I did not want to over do the decorating of this wreath and I think those poinsettia sprays were perfect for it!!
I did add another set of lights to the wreath because I do like a LOT of lights!!
So here it is, hanging on the large mirror made to look like a window, in the Living Room!!
It goes well with the Tree, don't you think?
And I used up some of the Florals that I already had!!
Now, it truly is a Magnificent Wreath!!
I do highly recommend this Wreath and the Tree Classics Company!
The Company has been endorsed by the Chicago Tribune........

I am sure you will not be disappointed!!

Your wreath is just gorgeous Debbie and looks so pretty where you hung it. I love the Victorian head that you chose for the center and the poinsettias are so "you"! hugs...

ReplyDeleteDebbie, I love the way you did that wreath. It goes so well with your room. Beautiful. xoxo, Susie
ReplyDeleteThe wreath turned out great, Debbie! I love the red and gold look. I tend to go for different colors/themes for each area of the house when I decorate, and this year, I've been contemplating the "traditional" red for my living room. The Victorian doll ornament is perfect; I just love that!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful wreath, Debbie! And, it does go very nicely with your tree! Have a wonderful weekend! Blessings, Cindy

ReplyDeleteOh Debbie, your wreath is so beautiful and Victorian looking! It looks absolutely gorgeous there in the window with those panels and those stockings, and does look good with the tree! Just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteGina
Beautiful job decorating the wreath, I love it when we get things on sale to use later and we actually find something to do with them. Great idea to wire it in just in case you want to change it up later. I hot glued my last wreath I made and so I can't reuse it for the next one I will be making up.
ReplyDeleteDebbie, I do remember your wreath and you have made it beautiful with the red poinsettias and the doll head. It looks wonderful in your living room. Thanks for sharing it with us.
