A day late...
Sorry, I have just been so busy...
But better late than never...
For this month's Rudolph Day, I decided to feature 2 of the many Christmas books that I have.
The first one I bought about 10 years ago when the Michael's , which is located right next to my development, opened about 10 years ago. This book has been one of my favorite's since the day I bought it....
I am sure you will agree with me that this is a fantastic book after you see these pics..
A charming entry statement....
Why not decorate your gate.....
There is just something so elegant about gold and white....
Look at all these angels....
I love this collection of small wreaths on this window....
Old World Santa's....one of my favorite things.....
A Beautiful centerpiece....
A Great way to display a Village....
Beautiful garland on the stair railing....
Love the wreath tied to the back of the chairs....
Della Robia Decor.....
Trees made from clay pots...
Beautiful......
Now this is my style.....
A Victorian Tree....
Angel Wreath...
Love the lace....
Heavenly angels......
And who doesn't love red transferware for Christmas.....
A mini Victorian tree....
So sweet....
I hoped you enjoyed browsing through this book...
and now for one more Christmas book....
This book I bought 2 years ago at The Christmas Tree Shop for 99cents on Clearance!!
What a buy it was as it is filled with so much eye candy!!
Don't you just love this????
All mini ornaments on this tree...
Great way to decorate a shelf....
And look at this tiered stand...
A silver tinsel tree...
An angel tree....
All white and pink and frilly....
Love these sweet snowmen made out of spindles...
And isn't this one cute?
I love villages...
How original that this is set up on a drum????
I adore the Santa sign on the top of the hutch....
A collection of vintage Santa's.....
Look at all those bottle brush trees?
I am in total love with this pic!
I am sure that maybe you can find these books on Ebay or Amazon. I do highly recommend them if you love to decorate for Christmas.
I will feature more of my Christmas books next month on Rudolph Day and I promise not to be late......
I have also entered my Kitchen post from Christmas 2011 in The Talent Scouting Contest over at Whisperwood Cottage for Cottages and Bugalows Magazine. It should show in a day or two after approval. Please click HERE to see all the entries...

Definitely some fun eye candy. That 99 cent book is just fantastic. I love all those gorgeous vignettes.
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Debbie Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh what beauty you are sharing today. I love the Michael's book. It just jumped right off the pages with its beautiful shares. (Now the Country gal that I am, that little clay pot tree spoke to my heart.) Let me tell you, it will be popping up in my house this coming Christmas. I will be searching the Estate sales and garage sales for clay pots. I love it.
So many beautiful ideas. I love seeing the Victorian shares, as they are definitely you dear friend. Your home is like walking through a beautiful book.
Hope you have a gorgeous day sweet friend. Many hugs and so much love, Sherry
Thanks for sharing such fun eye candy with us, Debbie. I think the red transferware was my favorite. I also love your blog side panels--very festive and fun!
ReplyDeleteDebbie, wonderful inspiration in both books. I especailly like the tiered stand and villages. Now tell me, what is this Rudolph Day? Thanks for linking with Share Your Cup!

Debbie -- The Christmas books are delightful. So many ideas ... so little time ... but it is fun to plan how we can incorporate a bit of those ideas into our own homes.
ReplyDeleteVisiting from the Bunny Hop, Debra
You sure can decorate up some of the best Christmas eye candy, so darn beautiful. I'll have to check out some of those books for inspiration. I really like all the villages. Thanks for sharing your creative inspiration at Sunday's Best!
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie!

Wednesday's Bunny Hop Party!
I'm surprised Joe lets you out of the house with a Michael's so close to you. I'd probably be there shopping every day. How lucky you are that you can just drop in so easily.
ReplyDeleteI love getting Christmas ideas from books, so thanks for sharing some of your favorites at my party!
