I Will Honour Christmas In My Heart

I will honour Christmas in my heart,
and try to keep it all the year.
I will live in the Past, the Present, and the Future.
The Spirits of all Three shall strive within me.
I will not shut out the lessons that they teach!

Gingerbread/Candy Christmas Kitchen, Beverage Area and TGI Friday's, Christmas Home Tour, 2025

Welcome to my Christmas Blog, A Debbie-Dabble Christmas!!

I am so happy you decided to stop by my Christmas Blog!!

Every room in our townhouse has a different Christmas Theme and Color Scheme!!

I prove that you do not have to live in a large home to have several Trees, over 20, in all shapes and sizes!!

The majority of my Christmas decorations are placed in the same room every year and I know that this is not what most Decorator's care for but to me, it like seeing old friends again when I decorate each year for Christmas as many of my decorations were gifts from family and friends...........

I do try to add a few new things and change up things a bit but for the most part, these decorations are part of my Christmas Traditions and bring back a lot of treasured memories.....

I post 3 TIMES A WEEK on MONDAY, THURSDAY AND SATURDAYS.....

As always, click on each picture if you would like to enlarge it....

We loved it!!

I finally finished decorating!!!

AMEN!!!!

It only took me 25 days this year as the Sitting Room and Craft Room has been decorated for Christmas for 2 years now or it would have taken me the usual 30+ days....

Today, I am starting my tour of the Kitchen.....

For over 20+ years, I have decorated the Kitchen in a candy and gingerbread theme even when it was not "in style"...

I am so happy that for the past few years now, the gingerbread theme for Christmas is BIG!!!

On the side by the stove....

My inverted grater....

A vintage Christmas apron on the side of the stove....

I honestly have not changed much from last year....

"If it is not broke, don't fix it" as my son Joey always says...

So I am only going to point out things that are different...

Some of the beautiful pieces that I was gifted by my FB friend Angela a few years ago.....

The very small counter space to the right of the stove....

That is a new potholder that I bought at Ollies this year.....

It has a pocket so I placed a bunch of mini spatulas inside of it....

Where my Kitchen window used to be before we removed it when we converted the patio into the Den....

I still treat it as a window....

A swag I made....

I made the valance out of a vintage tablecloth....

I decorated the tea cup chandy I made, with candy ornaments.......

On the left side...

On the sill....

A gingerbread theme.....

I bought this Baking Santa in Burlington on clearance many years ago....

The mugs were gfted to me by my son Jim and DIL Danielle and came from Target....

The right side....

I bought those cute gingerbread mini cake stands in Dollar General last year at the end of the Season....

I recently bought a set of 4 gingerbread plates in Gabes and used 3 of them here like tiles....

 Towels and a gingerbread rug.....

 In the corner....

A big mouth Santa candy dish on top of the wire tea cup....

The rest of my counter space in my small Kitchen.....

A wreath I made....

This year's Christmas Beverage area....

Instant coffee is stored in the glass container....

My flavored creamers stored in 2 Lenox bowls that I received as a gift from a friend....

My sweetner packets are in a Dollar Tree bowl....

On the side of the fridge.....

I bought the 2 metal hot chocolate ornaments for $1 each in Dollar General and glued magnets to them so I could use them on the fridge...

I stored packets of Hot Chocolate in the red canister.....

I bought the gingerbread salt and pepper shakers recently in Gabes....

My gingerbread mugs...

And that is my Beverage area for this Holiday season.....

A gingerbread village on top of the fridge....

And this is where I will stop for today!!

The Kitchen is my favorite room to decorate for Christmas as I love this theme which makes me smile every time I walk into this room....

I hope you will stop by to visit again on MONDAY for my next post, continuing my tour of the Kitchen....
