Welcome to my Christmas Blog, A Debbie-Dabble Christmas!!
I am so happy you decided to stop by my Christmas Blog!!
Every room in our townhouse has a different Christmas Theme and Color Scheme!!
I prove that you do not have to live in a large home to have several Trees, over 20, in all shapes and sizes!!
The
majority of my Christmas decorations are placed in the same room every
year and I know that this is not what most Decorator's care for but to
me, it like seeing old friends again when I decorate each year for
Christmas as many of my decorations were gifts from family and
friends...........
I do try to add a few new things and change up
things a bit but for the most part, these decorations are part of my
Christmas Traditions and bring back a lot of treasured memories.....
I post 3 TIMES A WEEK on MONDAY, THURSDAY AND SATURDAYS.....
As always, click on each picture if you would like to enlarge it....

A NOTE ABOUT COMMENTS
I
enjoy reading your comments and will return the favor by visiting and
commenting on your blog or reply to you directly here if you do not have
a blog but I do have my comment section set to Moderation due to
spammers and hackers so your comment will not appear immediately...
And since I have a very busy life, like most of us do, it may take me awhile to return your comments but I promise I will....

In my last post, I shared my Thanksgiving Tablescape.....

And how I decorated the Hutch in the Dining Room a bit differently.....

Click HERE if you missed that post!!
Thanks so much, Joy!!
Please stop by and link up to this lovely party!!
And now for a few Personal Notes...
I had a wonderful blessed Thanksgiving Day, spent with my family!!!

Uncle Joey likes his turkey.....

The twins, Lily and Gigi, enjoyed the Mac N Cheese, corn and mashed potatoes.....

Such big girls sitting at the table eating on their own!!
Uncle Joey with Azumi.....

Faye....
Remember that almost 7 pound turkey breast I made???
This was all that was left......

LOL!!!
I made up what was left into turkey salad for a sandwich for Joey....
I APOLOGIZE THAT I AM SO FAR BEHIND IN RESPONDING TO COMMENTS AS I WAS TRYING TO GET THE ENTIRE HOUSE DECORATED BEFORE THANKSGIVING....
REALIZING THAT I WOULD NOT, I TOOK A BIT OF A BREAK TO RECOUP AND WILL BE STARTING THE KITCHEN TODAY, WHICH IS THE LAST ROOM THAT I HAVE TO DO!
HOPE TO BE RESPONDING TO ALL YOUR KIND COMMENTS SOON!
Today, I will be completing my Tour of the Den decorated for Christmas and will be sharing one more Tree and the china cupboard.....
Again, I will start where I left off last on my tour of the Den decorated for Christmas sort of in the era of Charles Dicken's.......
On the other side of the Tree......
This year, I left up my burgundy lace valances and added an ivory lace panel to each window and also hung Angels from the curtain rod....
In the middle, on Home Interiors shelves, I pay homage to Charles Dicken's "A Christmas Carol"
Many years ago, Boscov's offered these figures for free if you made a purchase.....

Each of my sons have the same set....
A throw on the chair by the computer armoire.....
Last year, I decided to display the Grandeur Noel Nativity set that my late husband Joe won after spending $1 on a raffle at our Church about 25 years ago!!
Grandeur Noel was the company that made so many amazing sets of Holiday ceramics for Sam's Club about 30 years ago....
I have many of those sets.....
Sadly, they are no longer in business.....
I did leave out my vintage ruby red candy jar.....
And I placed Baby Jesus in a ruby red depression glass bowl....
Hanging on the wall is a pocket that I filled with greenery and burgundy roses ....
In the corner, next to the Tree, is my doll house, Nelson Crest.....

I will be shared more of Nelson Crest in my annual Christmas Home Tour post....
On the chair, next to the china cupboard......
The top of the cupboard.......
My late friend Anne Marie gifted me the Ice Church......

She also gifted me the Ice House.....
I bought the Caroler set at a local store Country Folk Gifts which is now closed........
For many years, I have decorated the china cupboard in a Winter village theme for Christmas and I keep it all up until March.....
On the left side.....

On a small table, I placed a burgundy feather tree on top of a drum..........

This year, I used this Santa as a topper.....

And putz house style ornaments.....

This year, I decided to display this Santa, bought many years ago in Sam's Club here...
I use some blue transferware dishes and ruby red depression glass tumblers in the china cupboard.....
I am not going to go into detail, as this is pretty much set up the same as last year, so I will let the pictures do the talking.....
Top shelf....
Middle shelf.....
Bottom shelf....
On the vintage suitcases in front of the china cupboard....

Hanging on the door, to the right.....
A wreath I made, an Angel and a set of bells bought last year in Dollar General.....
On a pedestal.....
My 3rd Tree in the Den is decorated with Thomas Kinkade ornaments as I have several other Thomas Kinkade items in this room.......
This year, I moved this plaid wing chair over here and decided to display these Bearingtom Bears, which were a gift from a friend, in this room rather than the Living Room.....
To the right, of them is a handmade Santa head, sent to me by a reader of my blog.....
A Thomas Kinkade Christmas plate.....

This year, I used this vintage topper, that once graced my childhood bedroom Tree, on this Tree....
I wrapped the excess beaded garland around the top of the Tree......
Decorated with Thomas Kinkade ornaments....

I placed this Tree in a vintage blue enamelware pot....
And this completes my tour of the Den decorated for Christmas in blue, burgundy and ivory colors in a Dicken's theme.....
I hope you will stop by to visit again on MONDAY for my next post......
