I am so happy that you decided to stop by my Christmas Blog....
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
Well, here it is ......Christmas Eve!!!
Are you ready???
I have been ready for days!!! I LOVE Christmas!!
In my last post, I completed my Christmas Home Tour, room by room........
Each post is now on my Side Bar so if interested, just click on each picture to see that post!!
Today, I am going to take you on a tour of our whole house , both inside and out, decorated for this Christmas!!!
But first, I want to Thank Bev, over at Eclectic Red Barn, for choosing my post, Christmas in the Living Room, Vignettes, from last week's Over the Moon Linky Party!!!
Thanks so much, Bev!!
Please stop by and link up to this wonderful party!!!
And I will be revealing just how many decorated Trees I have this year......
We will start in the parking lot in front of our row of townhouses, looking up at my house.......
Walking up to the Front Porch......
The flower bed under the Living Room window.....
The front yard.......
Now let's go into the house......
Every room has a different color scheme and a different theme for Christmas.....
The Living Room.......
Tree # 1.......
Tree # 3.......
Looking down the hall to the Kitchen.....
The Dining Room.....
Tree # 4...........
Tree # 5.......
The Kitchen.....

The Powder Room.....

The Den......Tree # 9......

The Upstairs......
The Hall......

21 Trees that I, in some way, decorated .......
And......
Nelson Crest, my Doll House......
Tree # 2
Tree # 3
Tree # 4
4 Trees decorated in the Doll House.......
Grand Total....21 Trees that I decorated in some way and 4 decorated Trees in Nelson Crest......
25 Christmas Trees Total for 2019......
Last year, there were a total of 28 Trees but I did pass some on to family at the end of last year......
So see......I am downsizing.......
A bit.....
People often ask me how long it takes for me to decorate my entire house.....
Now I have to say that I not only pack up all my normal everyday things but I also clean them so that I will not have to do it when I unpack them to put them back out.
I also give each room a good cleaning so that all I do is dust with Swifter dusters for the rest of the Holiday Season.....
Well, here is the breakdown:
Upstairs Hallway: 1 day
Upstairs Bathroom: 1 day
Master Bedroom: 2 days
Sitting Room: 3 days
Craft Room: 2 days
Front of the House: 2-3 days
Living Room: 4 days
Dining Room: 3 days
Kitchen: 3 days
Powder Room: 1-2 days
Den: 3 days
Doll House: 1 day
So it takes me roughly 25 days!!!!!"
Yep!!
Roughly 25 days!!
Now I ask you......
How can I possibly do all that after Thanksgiving and still get any joy out of the Christmas season....
We also celebrate both my sons Birthday's in December so now maybe you can understand why I HAVE to start so early!!!
I hope you will stop by to visit again soon as I still have a few more Christmas related posts that I would like to share with you!!!
And thanks to all of you who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me this Holiday Season!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND I HOPE YOU GET TO SPEND IT WITH THOSE THAT YOU LOVE!!!!
We will be......
Our Dining Room Table is set already for Christmas Eve Holy Supper tonight for our family of 5.......
Polish Tradition of the Oplatki on Christmas Eve......

Debbie, I am amazed at your energy and your show-stopping Christmas trees and decor. I can’t imagine decorating that many trees and packing and unpacking. I know this is not an easy job, and you seem to do it with ease. I so enjoyed touring your home that is so festive and fun. All those who are fortunate to visit must be awe-struck! Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteWell, when my friends tell me I have way too many trees, I'm going to give them the link to your blog. This is yeoman's work, both prepping and eventually repacking and boy, did you really do a magnificent job, covering every single base. People's jaws must drop when they enter your home. I hope your holiday was very, very merry!
