Christmas in the Living Room, Part 1, Christmas Home Tour 2015

Welcome to Christmas in the Living Room!!

We will start over here to the right of the front door with a marble topped plant stand........
 I have flameless candles on a timer in the large candle holder
 And apothecary jar beneath.....
   The wall to the left when you walk in the front door.....
Joe's Grandmother's Hutch...
On the left side of the Hutch.....
There are battery operated LED branches in this arrangement......
The top of the Hutch.....
New this year are the gold glittered Led Trees that I bought on Clearance last year at Kohls.
I added some gold branches and candle ornaments to this swag.........
On the other side of the hutch......
The garland above the antique mirror has 2 sets of lights on it ......
Nativity Sets and Angels are displayed inside of the Hutch......
Looking upstairs......
Old World Santa's on the steps......
A Home Interiors Christmas picture.....
A sled and a pair of child's skates.......
A swag that a made......
Lanterns on the steps.......
Looking down at the lanterns as you walk down the steps.....
The corner by the Hallway to the Kitchen.....
On top of the marble topped table......
The little Skater Girl was mine as a child.....

Tree #15
This Tree is decorated with vintage Shiny Brite ornaments bought at yard sales and flea markets.......
I have a clear beaded wire garland wrapped around the Tree.....
The lights on this Tree are frosted white ball Led lights....
All the ornaments are in shades of red, gold and green , which is the color theme for the Living Room Christmas decorations.......
The Tree sits on a Victorian style chair.......
Bearington Bears and a flameless candle surround the bottom of the Tree.......

Underneath the chair is a Santa head in a vintage boot and a rocking horse......
 Looking back towards the Hutch.....
The top of the Curio
The inside of the Curio is decorated with Angels and a collection of Crystal......
I have decorated the inside with ornaments and gold snowflakes......
2 Angels on the side of the Curio......
Looking toward the Dining Room......
On the soffit above the entrance to the Dining Room.....
The vintage looking Stereo System that I bought last year after Christmas on Clearance......
Joe bought the lamp at J. C. Penney's......
2 Christmas Tea Cups.....
This piece of furniture was bought at an Antique Co -Op....
I can display quite a bit on it!!
A Lenox house that was gifted to me....
Those are vintage bottle brush trees bought at an Estate Sale.....
The 2 vintage Knee Huggers were mine as a child!!
That is a vintage Deer ceramic too!!

And that completes Part 1 of Christmas in the Living Room.....

  4. It must be amazing just to sit quietly in the room with all the lights twinkling and take it all in! Like somebody else said - just WOW! The little model family (are they carol singing?) is adorable. The room looks calm, luxurious, welcoming and I wish I could come and have a cup of tea or coffee with you there!
