Welcome to Part 2 of Christmas in the Den!!

First, I want to Thank Karren, over at Oh My Heartsie Girl, for featuring my post, Christmas in the Craft Room,Part 1, Christmas Home Tour 2015, from last week's Friday Favorites Linky Party!!

Thanks so much, Karren!!

Please stop by and link up to this wonderful party!!

If you missed Part 1 of Christmas in the Den, please click HERE
In Part 1, I shared vignettes on the tables and shelves in the Den!!

Before I continue, I wanted to say that Joe and I were able to continue our Christmas tradition of seeing Trans Siberian Orchestra in concert yesterday afternoon!
We were not able to see them last year , which was only the 2nd time since they started to tour that we were not able to attend the concert and I felt like I just could not get into Christmas last year.

The concert was fantastic and now I am definitely in he Christmas spirit!! If you ever have the chance to see the show, I highly recommend it!!

Back to the Den!!

Today I am sharing Tree # 8.......
Tree # 9....
And the China Cupboard Decorated for Christmas!!
CAUTION: This is a LONG post with a LOT of Photos!!

Let's start with Tree #8, which is a 4 foot tree that sits on an end table.......
The Christmas color theme in the Den is burgundy, ivory and blue, matching the room.......

I added music note ribbon to the burgundy velvet ribbon bow as a Topper to the Tree......
And tucked some pheasant feathers into the top of the Tree for a Victorian look!!
I also made streamers made from that same music note ribbon  ( bought at Sam's Club last year after Christmas)!!
An Angel at the top of the Tree.......

I have a lot of Thomas Kinkaid Christmas items in this room including a lot of ornaments on this Tree.

The 2 Church ornaments on each side of the Angel are Thomas Kinkaid ornaments.....
I also tucked burgundy velvet roses into the Tree.....
More Thomas Kinkaid ornaments!!
I bought several of these sweet Angel ornaments at a craft fair last year!!
The Tree is decorated with mostly Victorian style ornaments ........
You can see the ivory beaded garland in the shape of a rose on each bead!!

At the base of the Tree is a little village of Putz Houses........
The Manger is exactly like one I had as a child !!
I bought it at a yard sale!!

These vintage Putz houses were bought at a Church Flea Market......

The manger is flanked by 2 house ornaments!!

In Part 1, I left off over in this corner......

Nelson Crest, my Doll house, will be featured in another post!!
Over by the chair........
2 Santa heads are on the shelf where I display the photo of the wonderful man, Roy nelson, who built my doll house for me!!
And next to that chair is the China Cupboard that a neighbor gave to me and I painted.......
I had a lot of fun decorating inside and around this piece !!

On top of the China Cupboard........
2 Burgundy Angels, both Estate Sale finds!!

The Church was bought at Burlingtom Coat Factory several years ago for 75% off!!

The Vintage style angels are part of a set of ornaments (12 in all) that I bought on Ebay several years ago for a mere $9.99!!
The Dome was bought at Target last year after Christmas!!!!
The Sleigh Riders were a gift from a friend!!

My Thomas Kinkaid Calendar.......

And now, the China Cupboard......

Not only did I decorate the inside but I decorated all around it!!

Next to the Cupboard on a little table is Tree #9!!
On top of this Victorian style Feather tree is a vintage Tree Topper that was mine as a child!!
This little Tree is decorated with ornaments bought at Michaels several years ago that depict Children of the 1940's and 1950's!!

On the table is a Thomas Kinkaid mug set and 2 caroler ornaments!!
Below that little table are 2 Bearingtom Bears!!
A Vintage style Tea Towel and Angel hang on the door.......
Inside the Cupboard is a little Village Display!!
Top Shelf........
Middle Shelf........
Those are 2 Avon Christmas plates......
Bottom Shelf.....
I decided to use 2 vintage suitcases setting up an extension of the Village around the base of the Cupboard!!
These 4 houses were bought at Ollie's several years ago for only $2.99 each!!
Aren't they adorable????????

The suitcases are stacked on top of each other.......
The vintage reindeer were bought at a yard sale......
The plate was 99 cents at Salvation Army!!
I have battery operated strings of LED lights draped inside and outside the Cupboard.....
There are also puck lights above each shelf in the Cupboard!

I love it lit at night and I will show you more of this in an Evening Tour of our home after Christmas!!

I also have decorated the side of the Cupboard !!
I decorated this little corner niche shelf!!
A Currier and Ives plate that was 99 cents at Salvation Army!!
A vintage style Angel in the niche......
The Angel is elevated on a Christmas tin!!
Burgundy poinsettias and greenery fill a vintage crock.......
2 Boyd's Bears and a Santa, sit in the floor.......
And that concludes Part 2 of Christmas in the Den!!
Sorry it was so long but I realized that I should have started my Christmas Home Tour earlier to finish the Tour by Christmas since I did get to decorate the entire house this year!!

I will be posting at least every other day now.......

Next up on the Tour is the Powder Room and Tree # 10!!
