Christmas Kitchen, Tree and Hutch, 2019

Welcome to my Christmas Blog, A Debbie-Dabble Christmas!!
I am so happy that you decided to stop by my Christmas Blog....

Today, I am continuing my Christmas Home Tour with my first post sharing my Christmas decorations downstairs, starting in the Kitchen......
But first, I want to Thank the Home Hosts of You're the Star Linky Party, Bev over at Eclectic Red Barn,  Kippi over at Kippi at Home, and Liberty over at B4 and Afters for choosing my post, Autumn Tree and Pumpkin Patch, over on my regular Blog, Debbie-Dabble Blog  as on of the Home Features from the month of October!!
Thanks so much, Bev, Liberty and Kippi!!!

Please stop by and link up to this great party!!

The Kitchen was the first room that I decorated for Christmas downstairs this year....

And it is the room in which I made the decision to be true to myself and not try to incorporate what is the "New Style" for this Christmas....

So I returned to my roots, so to speak, and decorated the Kitchen in a Candy and Gingerbread theme like I originally did so many years before......

I did buy a few new things and pretty much rearranged most of the decorations in this room.....

So much so that I am going to be doing 2 posts on the Kitchen.....

Today, I will be sharing this wall, which I call my focal wall since it is purely for decoration.....
We will start on the left side.....
In a previous post, I shared that I made this valance out of vintage style material.....
I like to hang a valance here to separate the hall from the Kitchen because of the different colors of the hall and Kitchen....
I added a few Christmas touches to this shelf....
Greenery and the pepper shaker of a vintage Santa Claus Salt and Pepper Shaker set.....
I used to pack away this "Sweet Rolls" rolling pin but I moved it here on top of the vintage style wall phone....
Next to the hutch, is where I display my Kitchen Christmas Tree.......
This year, I decided to set up this Tree earlier and decorate it for Fall/Halloween so it would be easier when it came to decorating it for Christmas....
This is how this area looked decorated for Fall/Halloween.....
All I had to do was strip the Tree and redecorate it for Christmas.....
On the side of the Tree is a chalkboard .......
I placed this cute Santa's Sweet Shop chalkboard/cutting board over the chalkboard.....
And taped a Christmas card over a tile at the top.....
Added a few sprigs of greenery......

I added some candy canes and a mason jar filled with peppermint sticks to the milk bottles and carrier.....
On the other side of the Tree is a chocolate Kitchen nutcracker.....
The Tree fits perfectly on the side of the hutch....
I decorated this Tree with candy, gingerbread and other Kitchen ornaments......
Candy picks are tucked into the top of the Tree.......
I topped it off with a bow made from red and white striped ribbon.......
A peppermint candy garland was added.......
And I will let the pictures of the Tree do the talking.....
The Tree is one of those pathway Outdoor Trees that I placed in an antique crock.....
This year, I decorated the hutch a bit differently from other years.....
I did keep my Kitchen Santa's on the top of the hutch......
The top shelf.....
This ceramic Kitchen Santa was moved here from the window sill where I displayed it for years.....
2 apothecary jars filled with candy......
On the other side.......
I also moved my Christmas Lady Head vase here from the window sill.....

Vintage cookie cutters inside of a vintage jar.....
The bottom shelf.....
This antique yellow ware bowl is filled with vintage Kitchen utensils, cookie cutters and even a vintage loaf pan......
The bowl is displayed here year round and I just added a few Christmas picks to it....
Another Kitchen Santa.....

Over on the other side is a Gingerbread Man candy jar.....
And a peppermint candy cookie jar......
On the desk part of the hutch.....
I turned off the light so there would not be a glare......
 Santa's Sweet Shop........
Jars filled with candy and cupcake dishes.....
A Milk for Santa bottle that is a candle.......
Lollipop ornaments......

You may remember that I received this as a gift from 2 of my friends when I invited them for lunch in the Fall......
It is perfect for displaying all my faux goodies......
Except for the real ribbon candy....
I used another Christmas card on the black sign holder.......
The ribbon on the jars filled with candy says "Christmas Treats".......
Underneath the desk......
I aded a few new things here as well......

You may remember that I bought these things recently.....
I used the plaid tray as a back drop........
Did a floral arrangement in the red sifter......
And placed the gingerbread figures on the floor........
Hanging on the knobs of the drawers.......
On the other side of the hutch.....
I added a few Christmas touches to this shelf including the salt shaker from the vintage Santa salt and pepper shaker set......
A Merry Christmas sign and a candy wreath that I bought at a Craft Fair.....
On the side of the hutch...
A gingerbread stocking that i won in a blog giveaway a long time ago...
Above the door way to the Den......
A plate showing a Mother baking cookies in Victorian times.....
I left my vintage Vaseline Glass goblets on the shelf....

Candy garland and ornaments hang from the shelf.......
And this is where I will leave off for today.....

I hope you enjoyed seeing this part of my Kitchen......
In my next post, I will be sharing the rest of the Kitchen and how I changed up a few things and bought a few new things too.....
So I hope you will stop by to visit again soon!!

Thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!
