I don't do much Christmas decorating in our bedroom but I do put up 2 Trees.....

One for me....
And one for Joe......
Each Tree reflects our own personal interests.......

Let's start with my Tree........
My Tree is now set up in a different part of our bedroom than it has been for the past 2 years......
It is now displayed on a table in the corner of the bedroom.......
 This is Tree # 9

In the Spring, I moved some furniture around in anticipation of painting my bedroom furniture......

But with the rain and humidity that we had this Summer, we decided to put off painting the bedroom furniture until this coming Spring!!

So I decided to put my Tree on the small table in this corner of the Bedroom.....
Let me share what I have on the walls in this corner......

You know that I am a Victorian soul.......
The figurines on the shelf are 2 Mothers holding their sons......

I am a Mother of 2 sons that I am so proud of but they do not define who I am.......I am so much more than that!!!

On the other side, are 2 more Victorian pictures, all from Home Interiors......
The lower one pays homage to being a  Mother......

So I felt that this was an appropriate corner for me to display my Victorian Lady Tree , as I call it!!!
The Tree is decorated in Victorian fashion.......
This Tree is topped with a bow made out of a pink shimmery ribbon.......
I also have streamers of ribbon running down the Tree......
The Victorian style ornaments on this Tree are umbrellas and dress forms......
Purses and hats......
Shoes and vanity chairs......
Even a Victorian dress.....
Everything a Victorian Lady needs to dress properly!!!
I tucked some frosted pink flowers into the Tree to add fullness......
I forgot to mention that this Tree is actually a pathway Tree that you use outside.......
Who said that it has to be used outside!!!!
On the table at the base of the Tree......
A Victorian display.....
"Instant Relatives" photos on Victorian style frames, a Victorian doll head, gloves and a dress form.......
The table that the Tree is on was rescued from the side of a dumpster in our neighborhood and I painted it using an antique white and blue paint.......
I plan on painting the rest of my bedroom furniture like the table is painted.....
Next to the table is my Mother's Lane Cedar Chest which would have been thrown out after she passed away if I did not want it......
The hope chest used to be at the foot of our bed......

I have set up a display on top of the chest.......
Of course, it is in Victorian fashion......

A "Hat" box and ornament gloves......
A silver tea and coffee set......
A Christmas Tree cone bought at Dollar Tree and a tea and toast set.....
A hat box and a few other Victorian style items....
Over in the alcove across the room.......
Is Joe's corner of the room.......
His "Pittsburgh" corner........
Joe is avid Pittsburgh fan...... Steeler's and Penguins .....
We are season ticket holders for the Pittsburgh Penguin's AHL team, the Wilkes Barre Scranton Penguins, who play at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza which is located 5 minutes from our home.......

It is only fitting that Joe has a Tree decorated with Steeler and Penguins ornaments......
I also decorated the top of his roll top desk with a few Christmas things......
On the left side.........
Joe's Pittsburgh Penguin Stained Glass lamp.....

A Penguin's nutcracker and a Christmas hockey puck......
A snowman playing hockey and a Steeler Santa......

The photo is of Joe with the Stanely Cup........
In the middle of the desk, is the Tree.....
It is a small Tree that fits perfectly on the desk......

This is Tree #10
I topped it with a small red bow and red icicles made from a small beaded garland because red is among the colors of the WBS Pens uniforms..........
I have collected quite a few Steeler and Penguin ornaments......
A set of battery operated Fairy lights illuminate the Tree.....
On the desk at the base of the Tree......
A penguin and a few gold ball ornaments.........
More Penguin nutcrackers......

Next to Joe's Tree is a Penguin's Tree that I bought last year at a Craft Co Op........
More Penguin nutcrackers.....
Another snowman hockey player and a penguin tea light.......
On the far right is another Stained Glass lamp......

This beauty came from my dear neighbor Elly's house......
You can see it is the perfect colors for Joe's corner.......
Small Penguin stockings hang from the shelf.......
A Santa hat and scarf are displayed on Joe's desk chair that I made for him......
Joe's one space in the house!!  LOL!!!!!!
Over in the corner next to the desk.......
The second closet in our bedroom.......
I hope you enjoyed seeing the Trees in our Bedroom which show each of our interests and passions......
Continuing along my Christmas Home Tour, I will also be sharing my Victorian doll house, Nelson Crest, all decorated for Christmas........
So I hope you will come by and visit  again!!

And thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

If you do not have a blog, PLEASE  give me some way to reply to your comment, maybe by including your email in your comment.  If I can not find a way to reach you, I will reply on the post where you commented so please check back......
