Christmas at Country Folk, Part 2, 2016

Welcome to Part 2 of our visit to Country Folk!!

But first , I want to Thank Megin, over at VMG 206 and Laurie, over at My Husband Has Too Many Hobbies, for featuring my post,  Christmas in the Den, Part 2, Christmas Home Tour, 2016, from last week's Brag About It Party!!

Thanks so much, Laurie and Megin!!

And I also want to Thank Jillian, over at Vintage and Co., for featuring my post, Christmas in the Kitchen, Part 1, Christmas Home Tour, 2016,  from last week's Let's Talk Vintage Party!!
 Thanks again, Jillian!!

Please take some time to stop by and link up to these great parties!!

If you missed Part 1 of our visit to Country Folk..........
Please click HERE

We will pick up where we left off.......

On the 3rd floor.......
There really wasn't too much decorated for Christmas up on this floor but it still looked festive!!
And now to my favorite part.....

The Display House!!!
Yes, there is actually a house on the property that is decorated for display only!!
Love the bench and greenery......
And the gazebo outside.......
When you enter the house, you walk into a small little room.......
I absolutely love the colors of this room.....
And it is decorated in Farmhouse style......
Then you step up into the Kitchen.......

Looking to the right.......
Can I point out that beautiful ceiling???????
And to the left........
Then you walk into the Living Room/Dining Room area......
I love these gold trees......
Over in the Dining area.......
As we walk upstairs, this is in the small hallway between 2 of the bedrooms.......
I adore this bedroom........
Be still my heart!!!
The other bedroom has a Western feel.....
I apologize that the photo of the beautiful tree in this room did not come out......

The bathroom is always a show stopper......
In a small room off the bathroom......
The Master Bedroom........
Another small room that is off the master bedroom......
Of course, there is my partner in crime peeking in......
I hope you enjoyed my tour of Country Folk decorated for Christmas this year......

I find that even though some things may not be my style, I always walk away with a host of decorating ideas from the talented workers at Country Folk who do such a terrific job of decorating this amazing retail shop!!

I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday Season.......

It was busy for us as I hosted 2 Holiday parties at our house ( yes, I forgot to take pictures!!!), had our kids over for their birthdays ( also in December), Christmas Eve Holy Supper, Christmas Day Dinner , New Year's Eve Dinner and New Year's Day Dinner!!!

We also had more company through out the Season come to visit and we also went to visit friends.

I am a bit tired as I am still working even though it is part time only.

I look forward to the time ( hopefully in 3 years) when I do not have to work either the Eve or the Day of every Holiday and can actually get an entire Holiday off!!

According to the Catholic Church, the Christmas Season does not end until Epiphany or the Feast of the 3 Kings , which is on Jan. 6th.

So to celebrate that, my next post will be the Evening Tour of our House decorated at Christmas......

And I still have to show you what I bought before and after Christmas on Clearance so I will still be posting here for about another week before returning to regular posting over on my other Blog, Debbie-Dabble Blog!!

So I hope you will come by and visit  again!!

And thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!

If you do not have a blog, PLEASE  give me some way to reply to your comment, maybe by including your email in your comment.  If I can not find a way to reach you, I will reply on the post where you commented so please check back......

Hugs,
Debbie

  5. Wow, I love the tour of this display home. So festive and Christmasie. (is that a word) The outside is done so well. I could love there.
I like the statements below about an artificial tree. I bought mine over 20 years ago. I keep thinking about getting a new one, but mine looks better than most of the ones I see and the others are so expensive. So I just keep putting it up. I certainly have gotten my moneys worth.
    Hugs,
    Bev
