2013 Christmas Home Tour, Part 3, A Pink & White Christmas in the Dining Room

Linking up to these Christmas 2014 Parties!!

Christmas in July Party

Welcome to Part 3 of our Christmas Home Tour for 2013, A Pink & White Christmas in the Dining Room!!

If you missed Part 1, the Outside of our Home, Please click HERE

If you missed Part 2, An Old Fashioned Christmas in the Living Room, Please click HERE
Our Dining Room is , I think, the most Victorian looking room in our townhouse and is painted Edwardian Rose and Hunter Green.....

When you walk into the Dining Room from the Living room, directly to the left is a 7 foot Slim Tree........
We will come back to the Tree, which is Tree #5, later.......

I have this little vignette set up on a table next to the Tree......
This table was my neighbor, Debby's, who did not want it anymore......
I bought this Santa at a Flea Market.....
I filled this crystal bowl with a few ornaments.......
I have this little display under the table.....

  A Little Bird's nest display...

And this cute little house, which you will see , I later decided to use somewhere else....

You can also see the Tree Skirt that I made......
You can see the Living Room Tree in the background.....
Now back to the Tree.......
This Tree is decorated in Pink and White lights.......
See the pink Rose lights????
I used 2 different types of pink ribbon for the bow at the top of the tree.....
A Pink Victorian style stocking hanging on the divider between the Living Room and the Dining Room......
There is white tear drop beaded garland on the tree.........
And white sparkly Baby's Breath, frosted pink flowers and some other sparkly pink  picks stuffed into the tree.......
Mostly Victorian Style ornaments are displayed on this tree.....
On the side of the Tree ,on a Pedestal Table, is a Hand made Santa that I bought several years ago......
I love the rose embossed velvet fabric that his outfit is made out of.....
Isn't it pretty?
I said this room is my most Victorian looking one....
I draped a fringed Scarf over the picture, entitled "May I Play?"
Looking toward the Kitchen....
In the corner.....
Yes, I still have our old stereo and it is because my oldest son told us not to get rid of it because they don't make them like that anymore.....
I decorate this Funeral Basket that my friend, Anne Marie gifted me for every holiday......
A wall shelf that is Home interiors that I bought on Ebay.....
There is a Lenox Santa on the top shelf along with an angel that my sister gifted me....
And a Clara from the Nutcracker ornament on the other shelf.....
I added LED lighted Branches to the arrangement in the basket.....
Angel Wings and a pink bow was added to the handle.......
Some ornaments are also in the arrangement.....
On top of the Stereo is a little Winter vignette......
This lighted pink Putz house was bought on Clearance in Target for $5.00 several years ago.....
I painted this brass candlabra pink a few years ago.....
The figures are actually ornaments that I bought on Ebay......
My fake window.............. which is a pass through between the Kitchen and the Dining Room that I hung drapes and a lace curtain over because I did not want to be able to see into the Kitchen and vice versa......
I made the wreath and I bought the flower swag at Salvation Army....
I love this white feather tree.....
Two of my Thomas Kinkaid Pink Ladies......
The green sparkly brush trees are from the Dollar Tree......
Over the door way into the Kitchen......
The other corner by the Kitchen........
I made the hanging Tussie Mussie.....
A swag that I made.......

Sorry that the sage green glittered apples are reflecting the light.....
My sitting Santa........
An Angel and one of my Victorian dolls on the floor in the corner......
The Winter display on the Buffet.....

Above the buffet......
Another one of my Thomas Kinkaid Pink Ladies....
Trees # 6 & # 7........

2 Alpine Trees that are decorated with snowflakes and ice crystals from Dollar Tree......
These are 2 White sets bought at Sam's Club several years ago.......
The gold reindeers were bought at Walmart......
The gold cone trees are from Dollar Tree.....
Next to the Buffet.....
A small Old World Santa.....

These 2 pink Santas were 25 cents each at a yard sale this Summer......
A $5.00 Flea Market table......
This Pink Mache Santa was $5.00 in Salvation Army......
The corner near the Living Room.......
On top of the Hutch.....
Angels and Snow Babies.....
Moss Rose Dish Collection in the Hutch.......
A wreath that I made......
A plaque I made and another Old World Santa....
My Chandy, decorated......
 Looking towards the Living Room.....
And now a sneak peek at the Dining Room table......
I do not usually do Tablescaping since Joe reads the newspaper , all spread out all over the Dining Room table........
But he will have to get over it for awhile.........
I am calling this a sneak peak because I will do a post in the future on just the Table Setting......
And that concludes my tour of our Pink and White  and I guess I should add, Gold, Dining Room.....
