I also want to Thank Linda and Carol over at Crafts a la Mode for featuring my post, Christmas Creations,
from last week's What to do Weekends Party!

Thanks so much, Carol and Linda!

Not only do they host this weekly party but they are also hosting the Christmas Linky Party, All Things Christmas running every Monday until Dec. 23rd!

Please stop in and pay them a visit and link up!!

Our Powder Room is the final room that we will be sharing on our Christmas Home Tour.
This is the Room that changed the most since last year.......
I painted it gray and added new wall paper border in June.
 It was pink before that......
 See what I mean???????
I still decorated it with Snow Buddies like I have every year but it has a whole different look with the gray
walls......
I think you will agree......
When you walk into the room, directly to your left is the vanity.....
We had a new medicine cabinet and light bar installed with our Remodel in the Fall.....
Okay, I see I need to turn off the lights so I can get better pictures.......

This is above the doorway....
Now that is better......
You can see the Light Bar now.....
The Blue, White and Silver Christmas color scheme looks great with the gray walls........
The shelf above the sink.......
High above the sink....
My Collection of Snow Buddies are displayed through the Powder Room.....
The silver Trees were $1.00 each at Dollar General.....
My new Medicine Cabinet allows me to decorate the top of it now......
I have displayed some greenery, silver balls and Snow Buddies on it......
I had to place things differently from last year and this slate used to hang above the old medicine Cabinet.....
The sink area.....
Towels to match.....
As we move around this small room......
I like how the Winter Slate reflects in the mirror.....
Over to the other corner.......
We will get to that Tree in a minute....
The shelf above the commode......
A Blue and White Candy Cane and Skates hang on the side.....
The top shelf.....
Bottom shelf.....
Penguin Hockey for Joe since we have season tickets to the Wilkes Barre Scranton Penguins Games....
Blue towels.....
This is Tree # 9......
It is wired onto the Estagere and the tray behind it so it does not fall over!!
It is decorated with Snow Buddy ornaments, Silver Balls, Icicles and Snowflakes......
I made a new bow for the top this year with ribbon bought in Sears last year after Christmas.....
It is lit with 2 sets of Battery Operated LED lights.... one Warm White and the other Blue......
I also stick white glittered picks into the tree to add fullness.....
So , Yes, there is a Tree in the Bathroom!!
That blows most of our visitors away when they see a Tree in the Bathroom.....

A Snow Village bought at Target several years ago after Christmas on the shelf under the Tree.....
It is also battery operated......
And another battery operated House also bought at Target ......
The other Shelf Unit.....
But first, let me show you how I decorated the sconces.....
The small shelves.....
A Snow Man Picture.....
On the top.......
First Shelf......
Second Shelf......

Swag that I made above the Closet Doors where the washer and dryer are......
Wreath that I made on the door......
Looking in from the Hall Way......
And that concludes the Tour of our Powder Room......

As I said before, this is the last Room that is decorated for Christmas that we will be sharing with you but it is not the Final Part of our Christmas Home Tour........

Join us as we take you on a Tour of our Home all lit up in the Evening........Please click HERE for an Evening Christmas Tour of our Home.....

You know how much I love the Candlelight mode on my camera and I spared you from it in each post .......

LOL!!

My final tree count is 9 Trees this year and not the 19 that I had last year....

I have gotten over that fact that I could just not get caught up and get the Den and the Upstairs decorated this year......
I still may decorate my Doll House yet though.....

I have also slowed down and taken some time to enjoy the Season itself and the rooms that I did get decorated in our House .

So I am "Good" with it and there is always next year............

I hope you will be back to visit again.....

  1. Oh Debbie - even the powder room? Love it and it can stay up all winter since it's not specifically Christmas - right?

    You go girl!!

    Merry Merry Christmas!

  2. Your powder room looks heavenly and serene, Debbie. The grey walls show off all the blue and silver decorations. Your tip about wiring the tree in that corner is a good one. Everything looks so wonderful. I hope you will not mind, but I will be posting some pictures to my Christmas board on Pinterest, so my Pin Pals can enjoy them, as well!

Lots of love to you and yours!

  3. Debbie, I love the tree in the bathroom. I don't have much space in our downstairs bathroom, but I am thinking of putting a tree in there. Your beautiful blue Christmas decor fits the room perfectly. This is a lovely inspiring post. Believe me I need all of the inspiration I can get.

  4. That looks wonderful! I love the Snow Buddies. They remind me of this super cute collection at Hallmark which, of course, I can't remember the name for but they look like bundled up snow kids. I love this time of year.

  7. Debbie, your blue looks so pretty in there with the gray walls. Your Snow Buddy collection is super cute and so is your tree. I have a Snow Baby collection that I didn't put out this year. I am putting them out for the winter, on the mantel, after New Years. Thank you for your sharing at my HOME for the Holidays. Have a magical holiday.

    Christmas blessings and hugs,
    Sandi

  9. Debbie, I am glad that you have not tried to do quite so much this year. You have had a lot on your plate. What you have done is perfect! The snow buddies look great in the bathroom. I like it better than the pink! This can carry over for Winter and not just Christmas. Thanks for sharing with SYC. Have a very Merry Christmas!
    hugs,
    Jann

  12. Hi Debbie! I'm stopping in from Let's Get Real today. Your powder room is so beautiful! I agree the grey is just a perfect color to go with your snowmen. They are so darn cute! You have such a wonderful ability to see every last detail. Very impressive!

  15. Debbie, I'm new to your blog and am happy to see your Christmas decorations.

The gray bathroom does look way better than the pink.

    Thanks for sharing.
