Last month on Rudolph's Day, the 25th of every month, I shared how I changed some of my Christmas decorations into Winter and Valentine's Day Decorations........
Click HERE if you missed it.
This month, I will share the rest of those decorations with you......
I left up the 7 foot tree in the Living Room that looked like this for Christmas.....
I re-decorated it for Valentine's Day.....
And I also left up the 7 foot slim tree in the Dining Room that looked like this for Christmas....
And turned it also into a Valentine's Day Tree....
These 2 trees are now packed up and stored in our Storage Shed , waiting for next Christmas season.....
Last month, I showed you the 4 foot Tree that I had in the Den re-decorated for Valentine's Day....
It has now been turned into a St. Patrick's Day Tree.....
After St. Patrick's Day, this tree will also be packed up and stored away until next Christmas season.....
But I still have this Tree waiting in the wings to make an appearance.....
Remember how it was decorated for Christmas in my Guest Room....
Here it is waiting to be moved down into the Living Room .........
But you will have to wait until next month to see it all decorated for Easter in all it's finery!!
Slowly, most of the "Christmas" decorations are being packed up and stored away. But I have managed to get several months use out of a lot of the decorations instead of only several weeks.....
Even the outside, which was decorated for Winter, was tweaked to celebrate Valentine's Day.....
A Valentine Wreath on the door.....
A string of red lights added to the garland.....
And a red lighted heart in the window....
My Winter outside decorations will soon be getting packed away too.......
Once all the snow melts!!
So I hope I have showed you how you can stretch out the length of time that you use your "Christmas" decorations and keep that warm glow in your home through out the dark deary Winter......
And sometimes beyond.....
HAPPY RUDOLPH DAY!!!

Can't wait to see your Easter trees! All of my Christmas tree's are put up, but I have a couple of small tree's that I decorate for Easter..hugs, Penny
ReplyDeleteWow your site is Christmas-y!!
ReplyDeleteI am doing Rudolph Days on my blog as well but focusing on different handmade items each month.
See you again.
Well, I'm glad you remembered Rudolph Day this month! I love your Valentine trees and can't wait to see the Easter one!
ReplyDeleteI can't tell you how much I envy the fact that you're able to leave a tree up to decorate for every holiday! By the time Christmas is over, we can't wait to put the tree away, because it's blocking the sunlight! You're such a smart decorator, with your ability to make things work for more than just one holiday. It all looks so wonderful!
ReplyDeleteHappy REDnesday,
Carol
Debbie I know that I've said it before, but you amaze me - you are like the energizer bunny!
ReplyDeleteLeann
