This was the view out my front door after I got up this afternoon after I worked last night, Christmas Day night......
He came home 45 minutes later than usual because of accidents all over the place....
I have work tonight so I will be driving through it all......
Can't wait until I can enjoy it from my Living Room looking out on my front porch and not have to go anywhere.....
I will be doing a new post in a day or so......
Stay safe everyone!!
Hugs,
Deb
I'll be praying for your safety! My daughter (also an RN) has to travel 20 miles (each way) to work in our snow tonight....people around here aren't used to driving in snow, so it is very scary to be on the highway! Hugs, Penny
ReplyDeleteBe very careful going to work tonight and coming home in the morning. I just saw on the news where your area may get hit really hard tonight. We have very light snow here in East TN but the wind is howling.
ReplyDeleteDrive safe Debbie, at night it's worse to drive because of glare from street lights. Be careful!
ReplyDeleteI want you to be able to enjoy the beauty of the snow safely inside your home, looks so pretty but can be so dangerous. Raining here most of the day, but heard the stuff could freeze over night.
ReplyDeleteYou have such gorgeous pictures posted and I will be enjoying them a while with some coffee.
Happy Christmas time
Betsy
Stay safe, Debbie. It is a privilege to enjoy seeing the snow from inside and not having to go out. It seems so cozy so enjoy it with a nice cup of coffee, tea or eggnog. If you have a chance, stop by my blog to see our governor's mansion decorated for Christmas. I think it is Victorian style and it is certainly lovely. On another note, good news - we are getting a puppy very soon! My (late) Christmas gift!

I am a nurse as well and getting to and fro work is very important and a bit dangerous as well. Be careful and God be with you
