New Buys for Christmas and Beyond!!

Welcome to my Christmas Blog, A Debbie-Dabble Christmas!!

I am so happy you decided to stop by my Christmas Blog!!

I want to mention that since Blogger changed to a new format for posting, if you can click on each picture if you care to enlarge it......

Welcome to my first post of the Holiday Season on my Christmas Blog!!!!

I will continue to post here on this Blog but I will be providing links to these posts over on my regular Blog so you can easily find my Christmas posts!!

I did do an October Rudolph Day post on the 25th......

Click HERE if you missed that post.....

I tried but I can not resist buying Christmas decorations....

I know...

It is a sickness.....an Addiction......

This is the first year that I am feeling well, having recovered from my Knee Replacement Surgery which they say can take up to One Year and now being Retired therefore affording me all the time I want to imagine, dream and plan for Christmas!!!!

I have waited 42 years for this!!!!!

So you wanna see what I bought??????

The one thing I know Bloggers love to see is what others are buying!!!

Okay, here we go!!!

Dollar Tree

Now these things were bought over a period of time.....

I plan on doing both a Winter and a Christmas craft with these muffin pans......

I bought these Sweet Fairy Houses and accessories in March, right before the Shut Downs due to the Pandemic happened......

And I already decorated with them in the Sitting Room!!!

I bought 4 more of these white Trees to make a snowflake that everyone was making last year....

I plan on adding some red  tinsel trim to this block for a more vintage look.....

I thought these were just darling......

A brand new 12,000 sq. ft. Dollar Tree opened up in the shopping center right next to our townhouse development and this is what I bought on my first trip there......

These items will be used for Winter decorating after Christmas.....

After giving it a coat of Polyurethane this sweet sign will probably grace our front porch.....

Maybe some red tinsel trim applied to this too!!!

For some snow man crafts.....

And these white tree ornaments will be used on my Winter Tree in the Den......

I had just been thinking about making a new centerpiece for the Dining Room table for Christmas that involved a "cemetery" candle and I see this green one......

And one can never have enough bottle brush trees.......

Nor Christmas florals......

Some craft supplies......

And I am thinking of maybe using this in decorating the outside of Nelson Crest, my Victorian Dioll House......

It lights up and changes colors.....

Moving on to Big Lot's........

I bought 3 strands of this garland and I used it on my Den Tree.....

Might be using this outside......

These will be used on my Winter Tree in the Den.....

And these will be hug from the wreath on my Powder Room door......

I could not resist this for the Front Porch  for both Christmas and Winter after giving it a coat of Polyurethane!!!

Moving on the Dollar General , which seems to be taking it's good old natured time in stocking Christmas!!!!!

I will be going to a different Dollar General than the one that is 5 minutes down the road from us this Saturday with a $5 off$25 coupon and I hope to find a few more things that I have seen on their web site.....

I am thrilled to see that several stores including Michael's is offering more Candy and Gingerbread items for this Christmas Season!!

I may use these pine cone ornaments in a few crafts that I have planned.....

Love this tray which will be perfect for my Kitchen!!!

And of course, I could not pass these up!!!

And this is what I found at Gabes!!

Joe actually bought this sign........

I am thinking I could use this in the Kitchen for Winter decorating as it does not say Christmas and I do use red and black ribbon and bows for Winter in the Kitchen....

And he also bought this one which will definitely be used for Christmas in the Kitchen!!!

I bought these when I went there.....

Will probably add a little something to this cute mitten.....

These were $5 each and have already been used in the Den.....

I will be going back to Gabes as I have a $5 off $25 Reward coupon from there.....

And last, this is my haul from Ocean State Job Lot, all of which I used Crazy Deal Gift Cards to buy so all this was FREE!!!!!

I use these for my candles in my windows from now until the end of March!!!

I plan on using these vintage styled candles for craft projects!!!!

I have already put these battery operated lights to good use......

The small fairy lights are perfect to light up a shelf or small vignette or inside a vase.....

And these rolls of ribbon will be used for other Seasons and Holidays....

The red and black check one for Winter and the black and white one for Easter!!!

I bought a few ornaments for $1.99 each!!

Those cute ducks will grace my Kitchen Easter Tree.....

They were just starting to stock so I am sure I will make a return visit!!

I hope you enjoyed seeing my New Buys for Christmas and Beyond.....

Now is the time to think outside the box and buy decorations that can also be used for other Seasons and Holidays.....

Yes, I have been decorating for Christmas already...

In the beginning of October, I started to decorate the upstairs like I usually do every year....

But this year, I was ahead of my schedule so the last week of October, I decorated the Den as the only Fall/Halloween decorations in there was Nelson Crest decorated for Halloween.....

This is usually the last room that I have to decorate and I am usually in a hurry to finish but this year, I got to take my time and re-imagine how I wanted to room to look, also going back to my Victorian roots and incorporating more Thomas Kinkade items.....

I even added a different Tree!!!!

After Halloween, I also decorated the Powder Room and also changed things up a bit in there too.....

And yesterday, I not only packed up Fall/Halloween decorations outside on the Front Porch but did a bit of Christmas decorating.......

Completing this flower bed already after having Joe cut greenery from the trees on the side of our road....

Then I went on to clean and decorate the inside of Nelson Crest......

I finished it at 9:30 pm last night!!!

Right now, I am staying away from all News until a final decision has been made about the Election.....

So far it has taken me 17 days to decorate for Christmas what I already have done:

Upstairs Hall-1 day

Upstairs Bathroom- 1 day

Master Bedroom- 2 days

Craft Room- 2 days

Sitting Room- 4 days

Den- 4 days

Powder Room- 2 days

Front porch and yard and inside of Nelson Crest - 1 day

Total- 17 days so far

It usually takes me anywhere from 26 - 30 days to decorate the entire house inside and out for Christmas....

So that is why I have to start early!!!!

And you see, I have LOTS to show you!!

In my next post, I will be starting my Christmas Home Tour for 2020.....

So I hope you will stop by to visit again soon!!

Stay safe, healthy and most of all, HAPPY!!

Thanks to those who took the time out of their busy day to spend a little bit of time with me!!
