I Will Honour Christmas In My Heart

I will honour Christmas in my heart,
and try to keep it all the year.
I will live in the Past, the Present, and the Future.
The Spirits of all Three shall strive within me.
I will not shut out the lessons that they teach!

Christmas in the Craft Room, Part 2, Christmas Home Tour 2015

Welcome to Part 2 of Christmas in the Craft Room!!

You may have missed Part 1 where I shared how I decorated this Tree, which was Tree # 4!!

Click HERE if you missed this post!

In this post, I am going to share the rest of the Craft Room decorated for Christmas........

This is what my Craft Room looks like normally.......
Please click HERE  if you missed Part 1 of my Creative Space.....
If you missed Part 2 of My Creative Space, please click HERE

I have not been able to decorate the Craft room for the past 2 years so I have really enjoyed decorating it this year!!

Before.......

I call this my Mother's Display on top of this Shelf  Unit......
This is how it now looks decorated for Christmas!!
Again, I have decorated with a Pink, Green and White Color Theme because of the colors of the Craft Room....
Over on this side is a pink mercury glass tree that I bought at Michael's several years ago.......

I bought this green putz house at JoAnn Fabrics this year......
Along with the green and muted pink bottle brush trees......

Here is the house lit up as it is battery operated !!
In the middle of  the shelf is a house I bought many years ago at Target for a mere $5.00 after Christmas
 ( 75% off!)

I have another one of these in the Dining Room!!
I love it lit!!
Aren't these 2 figurines cute???
And over on the other side of the shelf.......
Is Tree # 5!!
This Tree was bought last year at J.C. Penney's and has battery operated LED lights on it!!
I decorated it with the same pink and green ball ornaments that I used on the larger Tree in this room......
It is shaped like a Victorian Feather Tree.....

I topped it with a cute Angel!!

And a green snowflake ornament also rests close to the top of the Tree!

Around the base of the Tree.......
The Green House and Santa are ornaments.......
The bright pink bottle brush trees were bought at Michaels this year......
This sweet angel was a Flea market find!!
This is how it looks with the sun shining through the window at the end of the day.......
Over next to the Tree.......
 Is Joe's Grandmother's Sewing machine......

This is how it looks normally......
That is the same Tree decorated for Summer....

To see that post, please click HERE.

This is how the top of the Sewing Machine looks "normally".
And now, decorated for Christmas!!
Just a few Christmas things on the corner next to the Tree......
I love this frame because of what it says on it!!
"Friendly and Full of Love, December's Child is a Gift from God Above"

Both my sons are December Babies with Joey, being born on December 29th and Jim, being born on December 7th!!
In this photo, they are 1 and 3 years old ( they are 3 weeks short of 2 years apart).

And you can tell that they did NOT like Santa!! After 3 years of what I call my Screaming Meamie Santa photos , we gave up on Santa pictures!!
The boys will be 32 and 34 years old this year!!
The Santa's were bought at a yard sale!!

Aren't they cute?

The Angel also came from a Yard Sale......
And this was one of those Dollar Tree Houses that I painted and glittered!!
If you missed that post, please click HERE

Now over on the other side of the room.......

This is how it normally looks.....
I did not add much to the Shelves......
A Santa and a few ornaments on the shelf....
And on the Shelf Unit below.......
A few Christmas goodies!!
A cute little white House, a Bird ornament and a Christmas Bird House!!

I bought the Bird House at a Flea Market!!

Next to the Bird House is a Tea Set......
This is one of 2 lamps that were my Mother's and I embellished the shades
A vintage Angel and another Dollar Tree House that I dabbled with!!
 And another cute Angel........
In my last post, I shared some photos of the Sun streaming through the window and hitting the Tree but they were taking when the Sun was a bit shrouded by clouds.....

This is how it looks on a brilliantly sunny day.......
And the Sun shining on the corner of the Sewing Machine......
And with the lights on the Tree!!!!
These photos were taken in the Candlelight Mode on my camera!!

And that completes my Tour of Christmas in the Craft Room......

It is a happy place for me to go and flex my creativity!!

Next up on our Christmas Home Tour is the Guest Room, where there are 2 more Trees!!!

There are 7 decorated trees upstairs!!

If you missed Christmas in the Master Bedroom, please click HERE ,where I shared Trees # 1 and 2.......

Tree #1
   And Tree #2......
And Click HERE if you missed Tree # 3 in the Bathroom......
And before you go, I want to share a sneak peak of the Den, another room that I have not decorated for 2 years.........
I have had some fun in that room too!!

The Den will be next on the Tour after the Guest Room!!

  3. Everything is so beautiful, Debbie! You know I love those little houses and, of course, the little church. The eyes on those little figurines are so sweet and who can resist a Santa Clause or two, or twenty or more. I love them too! I hope you have been able to enjoy the season and that it has been a relaxed and peaceful time for you this year, especially with your new part-time work schedule. May God bless you and yours with a warm and special Christmas and New Year!

  7. Wow Debbie, how beautiful! Love the pink, white and green theme room. Your green walls look similar to mine in my living room/parlor. I will start decorating next week, you have inspired me! :)

  8. Love all your sweet little treasures, Debbie! The little village is darling and your pink, green and cream color scheme is charming! It must be so much fun to unpack everything and set it all in place. The photo of the boys crying with Santa are just too cute! My kids were scared of those store Santa's, too and I could never get them to sit for a photo. I enjoyed seeing all your sweet things. Hugs xo Karen

  10. What a great room. I love the bottle brush trees. I want some. I love your church. I've looked for villages at Dollar Tree and they don't have any. I can't seem to find any at resale stores either. I guess everyone is buying them up!
I was so proud of myself I got two trees finished last night.
And then in the middle of the night I heard a crash! My santa tree had fallen over. At least there weren't really any breakables on it.
The only one was an Okra pod my father painted. I hope it wasn't broken. I've been too afraid to check. I'll need the Cowboy to help me stand it up when he comes in tonight. I just have the main one in the living room to do this evening. I think it's going to be purple and gold.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. You inspire!

  21. Wow, Debbie, so much eye candy everywhere. I like your color scheme! The pink bottle brush trees are amazing. Last night as I was hurrying through Walmart, I realized I have not even set foot in the Christmas department this year. Guess that shows how busy I have been!
