I Will Honour Christmas In My Heart

I will honour Christmas in my heart,
and try to keep it all the year.
I will live in the Past, the Present, and the Future.
The Spirits of all Three shall strive within me.
I will not shut out the lessons that they teach!

Mercury Glass Trees!!!!!!

Mercury Glass Trees for Christmas ....
I know I am supposed to be on a Blog Posting Break but truth be told, I fell walking up my outside steps and landed on of all things...

My Right Knee which is the one that I need to have replaced!!!

So I am home from work, with it elevated and iced and debating about whether I go to the Dr.'s or not......

We will see in a day or two....

Anyway, WELCOME to my CHRISTMAS BLOG, A DEBBIE-DABBLE CHRISTMAS!

I will be posting here now for the duration of the Holiday Season!!!

I just had to share this with all of you!!!!

Now you may have seen them in the Pottery Barn Catalog.........
         Source: Pottery Barn

Here are the prices at Pottery Barn with free shipping......

 Mini:  6" high  - $14.50
Small: 9" high  -     $29.50
Medium:  17.5"high -    $49.50
Large:  22" high      - $ 69

They also state this:

" Hole on the underside for placement of the lights."

So I am assuming that you have to provide your own lights???????

Well..........

 Look at this!!!

At Sam's Club!!!!!!!!!

For .....

$39.98!!!!!!

Yes, that is $39.98 for the set of 4!!!!!!!!
I sent Joe right over for them as soon as I saw them in the Sam's Club Flyer since I am having a hard time walking right now......
And they have LED lights and are remote control!!!!!
Okay, maybe some of the trees are not as tall as the Pottery Barn trees.....
But I still felt this was the Best Buy for my money!!

You are talking $10 a Tree that lights up!!!

Here they are......
Just flip the switch to "On"at the bottom of each tree and use the slim Remote control and ......

PRESTO!!!!!
 Love them!!!!
And yes, you can separate them and still use the Remote Control for lighting each individual Tree!!!

Now I have to decide where I will be displaying them!!

  3. Those are really pretty, Debbie. What a bummer about your knee...wonder if that is where the term "bum knee" came from?;>)

Take good care of yourself. I am sure that is pretty miserable.

Thanks for the tip on the trees at Sam's! xo Diana

  4. I am so sorry to hear about your knee...I found that I fell more before I got mine replaced too! Your mercury lights are so pretty and I love how they light up! That cold front you are expecting has been in our area for a couple of days now, it's 2 degrees this morning. We moved the tomato and pepper plants into the greenhouse and set up the heat. Hugs, Penny

  7. Sorry to hear about your fall Debbie, don't wait too long to see the doctor like I did two years ago when I fell. It's been a nightmare ever since because I did more damage than I thought. I'm like you, I LOVE Christmas and so reading your Christmas blog is going to be such a treat!
    Take care of yourself,

  12. SO sorry to hear you fell on that knee! gosh i feel the pain from the other side of the world! I hope it gets better to cope with really soon. On the plus side you have time to blog and i can't wait to see the Christmas Debbie Magic!
We have pottery barn but we dont have a sams but i see the ridiculous pricing comparisons are the same as an equivalent here. Wise choice.
Rest up now and thank you for sharing with us for Sunday Brunch - missed you last week :)

  13. Good morning Debbie, Im so sorry that you have fallen, I do hope that it will feel better soon. Before you have to have surgery, have you ever heard of Voltaren Gel, it is a prescription and it has done amazing at reliving the pain for my husbands knees and my torn rotarcuff. Feel better soon!!!

Thanks for stopping by Friday Feature Linky Party

    Hugs, Karren
